used Scrapping With Liz template: SwL_SeptemberSOTemplate1, which I think was a really old freebee and also the Master Builder Super Bundle by Chelle's Creations. Now what I need to do is make it a double pager so I can build up enough of a stash of them to have a photobook made by next tax season!
